How long does grooming take?

Can I stay with my dog?

As your pet is in our care we welcome you to stay, although it can be a lengthy process, dogs tend to get excited and make it more difficult to finish because they hear your voice, so it is easier and quicker if you drop your pet off.

How do you dry the dogs?

We have a high velocity dryer to hand blow dry your pet, and we also have kennel dryers to dry the larger and smaller shorter haired pets if need be. Of course our kennel dryer blows cool air and the pets are monitored every couple minutes for their health and safety.

Can I drop my dog off early?

Yes you can drop your pet off early with a 24 advance notice. We open at 9am so please make sure if you need someone there sooner to call or email us.

How often should my dog be groomed?

Depending on your pet and his or her needs, they should be groomed every 6-8 weeks. Longer haired dogs such as poodles and shih tzus should be groomed more often to ensure they are matt free. Shorter haired dogs like boxers, dauchsunds, and chihuahuas can go a month or so longer.
